A workshop and then a guided meditation using what you created in the workshop.

See specific dates here:

Mandala (Sanskrit: मण्डल Maṇḍala, ‘circle’) is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the Universe. The basic form of most mandalas is a square with four gates containing a circle with a center point.

There are couches and chairs for those easing into the practice of sitting on the floor.

The session starts with a 10 min intro so you know what to expect.
Then an hour guided workshop creating your Mandala for the next 15 minute guided meditation.

Then after, there is 10 minutes where we can discuss anything you would like and you can ask what ever questions came up during the practice. (This is called a ‘Satsang’ – a spiritual discourse/discussion or practice)

Please feel free to bring along anyone you think would be interested too.

Thanks so much.
