I’ve put together a meditation mini-retreat for the 16th of July 2016 from 4pm to 8:30pm.

It’s for those who want to take the time to get out of their daily lives and focus on self-love. Even if it’s for the very first time, saying I love you (to yourself) and meaning it.


I’m very excited about this opportunity to help anyone who’s struggled with self-doubt, self-image issues or anything really when it comes to this life’s struggles.



This year I have been learning from Matt Kahn and the True Divine Nature Community, and the changes in thinking, totally new ways of seeing things, is utterly amazing and a beautiful way to learn ‘I love you’ for the inner self who doesn’t hear it enough.
